Wire Rod Mill & Rebar Rolling Mill
We manufacture Wire Rod Mills, from 30,000 tpy upto 800,000 tpy and Bar Rolling Mills from 30,000 tpy upto 600,000 tpy capacity.
For Bar Mills we use slit rolling for higher capacity mills. We have developed an innovative solution for high speed rolling of reinforced bars ( TMT bars ) which is ideal for mills that produce 8 mm in large quantities and at high speeds.
In case of Wire Rod Mills our Blocks operate upto 135 m / sec. Upgrading existing Bar and Wire Rod Mills, to increase production and improve efficiency and product quality, is our specialisation.
High-speed Wire Rod Mill
High speed wire rod rolling mill and finishing mill with rolling speed from 36m/s to 135m/s can turn billets with cross section areas of from 80 x 80mm to 150 x 150 mm into wire rod with diameters of 5.5 – 14 mm. Its annual output can reach 20,0000 – 800,000 tons.
