—- The annual output of the Secondhand Rebar & Wire Rod Rolling Mill Plant is 400,000 tons, and the rolling mill adopts full continuous arrangement.
—- Rough rolling Ø550 × 4 (H) a total of 4 continuous rolling mills.
—- Medium rolling Ø420×6(H) A total of 6 short-stress continuous rolling mills.
—- Bar finishing Ø320×6(H) A total of 6 short-stress continuous rolling mills.
—- Bar finished product speed: 12~16m/s.

Wire pre-finishing Ø285×2 (HV) A total of 2 sets of flat and vertical twistless rolling mills.
Wire finishing Ø230×2-170×6 (HV) A total of 8 top-crossing twistless rolling mills.
Wire finished product speed: 80m / s.
Raw Material Specifications: continuous casting billet: 150 × 150 ~ 12000mm.

Hot Rebar Rolling Mill Cooling Bed

The cooling bed used to transmit and cooling the hot rolled rebar. After sizing or reducing, the temperature of rebar is generally above 700 °C. It must be cooled to below 150 °C for the subsequent finishing process. The finished rebar is delivered to cooling bed via conveying roller table and then extracted by the rack step by step, to achieve the effect of cooling rebar. The cooling bed also has the function of preventing bending, to prevent irregular curve of profiles through the process of natural cooling due to various quality problems.

The biggest feature of Cardan Shaft is that its structure has large angular compensation capability, compact structure and high transmission efficiency. The angles of the two axes of different structural types of universal joints are different, generally between 5° and 45°.
