Finishing block mills, the extra heavy-top cross 45° high-speed wire rod finishing mills that is designed for producing high-speed wire rod.
Roller loop of this machine has been made of tungsten carbide and is connected to cantilever roll shaft.
It is known to require low maintenance and assures superior stability while working.
Finishing block mill comprises bevel-type gear in gearbox that is made of superior grade forged steel.
The finishing block mill is located in the high-speed wire rod workshop.
Rolling by 10 units rack continuous micro-tension rolling mill, rolling the Φ17~Φ21 mm of rolled piece transported from upstream into Φ5.5~Φ16 mm finished wire rod.
The mill guaranteed exit speed is 90 m/s. (When the specification of the finished product is Φ5.5 mm.)
