The production line is hot rolled wire rod and straight rebar steel. The main process is: raw materials of continuous casting billet is heated to a suitable temperature, by conveying roller feed into the rough, rolling, pre-finishing mill, and ultimately produce a diameter of 6.5 ~ 8mm wire products, after pressing, spinning, cooling, rolling machine set by collecting dish, then volume shipped to the bundling machine packaging into bundles, finally listed, weighing and storage. The production of steel finished steel directly from pre-finishing, and shearing, and then the step cooling bed on uniform cooling, finally cut to length, collection, storage, packaging, weighing, listing.

Design comprehensive annual output: 200 thousand tons

Technological Process:

Continuous casting billet – heating – rolling – cutting head in the rolling mill, flying shear head tail – pre-finishing -Double shear-cooling- scaling- shearing-collecting-packing- listing-weighing and loading

TMT Rebar Rolling Mill Cooling Bed

Fully-automatic cooling bed is very important equipment in the steel hot rebar rolling mill line. It used to receiving, transmissing and cooling the rolled tmt rebar. After sizing or reducing , the temperature of tmt rebar is generally above 700 °C. It must be cooled to below 150 °C for subsequent finishing process.  

Hot TMT Rebar Rolling Mill Vertical Looper

Hot tmt rebar rolling mill vertical looper is composed of sets of roll(it is pushed by cylinder), back-up roll and loop groove. The sets of roll used to form cover. Side-wall is used to support the element to form the loop. The vertical looper adopt the central pole mount, which is easy to turn on and adjust the mill guide and guard.
