Therefore, in order to meet the production requirements, the rolling mill piping subsystem mainly includes auxiliary hydraulic pressure, servo-hydraulic pressure, thin oil lubrication of gears, thin oil lubrication of conveying rollers and curved roller transmissions, thin oil lubrication of oil film bearings, high-pressure descaling water, dry oil lubrication, and equipment cooling water.

Under normal circumstances, in the process of piping, the pipe used for cooling by the crane should be a carbon steel seamless pipe, and other systems should use stainless steel seamless pipes. In order to ensure the normal operation of the entire system, the pipes need to be flushed regularly. Looking at the integrated piping system of the rolling mill equipment, the most difficult to flush is the hydraulic pipeline.

Because in actual production, the number of hydraulic pipes of the rolling mill is large, and the requirements for construction and other aspects are relatively strict. For example, the auxiliary hydraulic pressure is usually required to reach the NAS 7 level, and the servo-hydraulic pressure is required to reach the NAS 5 level. In addition, because the equipment itself is relatively compact, and the layout of the pipeline is dense, the difficulty of construction is increased further.

Piping can usually only be performed after the rolling mill has been installed. In the hydraulic part, due to a large number of actuators, numerous pipeline branches, and more circuits for hydraulic pipeline flushing, the hydraulic pipeline takes more time to flush. When rinsing, the ability of the rinsing solution to remove particles from the surface of the pipe wall should be directly proportional to the effective energy acting on the pipe wall interface.

To analyze from the actual application situation, in order to achieve a better flushing effect, it is necessary to make the flushing liquid flow form a turbulent flow. Because the fluid is in a turbulent state, the pollutants on the inner wall of the rolling mill hydraulic pipeline can be better removed.
