Finishing Mill Roll Box Assembly Technology

1. The cleaning and inspection of the roll box

(1). Thoroughly clean all parts removed from the roller box in the finishing rolling mill and blow dry, and carefully check for wear and damage to determine whether it can be reused.

(2). Remove the plugs of the lubricating oil pipe and the cooling water pipe, and flush all the pipes with a high-pressure spray gun to remove all pollution, silt, iron filings and other dirt.

(3). When checking the eccentric sleeve, use a fine sandpaper to remove all burrs and slight scratches, and clean the eccentric sleeve and its oil hole with a high-pressure spray gun.

(4). The eccentric sleeve after burning is regarded as scrap and will not be reused.

(5). When to be assembled, cover all parts and components to minimize pollution from the air.

Axial clearance of roll shaft: 0.017-0.063mm

Roller shaft height: 5 ± 0.04mm

Rolling centerline: L1 = L2

Screw clearance: 0.35-0.50mm

(2). Finishing ￠ 230 roller table

Radial clearance of roll shaft: 0.19-0.36mm A-B; 0.17-0.34mm C-D

Axial clearance of roll shaft: 0-0.025mm

Maximum center distance: 234.00mm

Minimum center distance: 205.30mm

Rolling centerline: 350.00mm

Roller shaft height: 5 ± 0.04mm

Support plate height: 15.2 ± 0.02mm

Screw clearance: 0.15-0.30mm

(3). Finishing ￠ 170 roll box

Radial clearance of roll shaft: 0.23-0.36mm A-B; 0.19-0.34mm C-D

Axial clearance of roll shaft: 0-0.025mm

Maximum center distance: 174.66mm

Minimum center distance: 153.50mm

Rolling centerline: 350.00mm
