Hot billet, cold billet → inspection → rejection of unqualified billet→ heating in furnace → descaling by high-pressure water →rejection of unqualified billet → roughing rolling(φ550*6) → No. 1 crank flying shear → medium rolling(φ450*6) → No. 2 rotary flying shear → finishing rolling (φ350*6) → water cooling →No. 3 complex crank flying shear → cooling on cooling bed → 850 T cold shear cut to length → fixed-length flying shear counting →bundling, packing → weighing, welding tag, counting →warehousing and delivery

Description of process flow: The billets produced by steelmaking plant are transported to designated area by automobile, then acceptance, feeding, stacking and heating are carried out by reheating furnace according to acceptance criteria of billets; billets are heated to the specified temperature for discharging and rolling, and billets are first pushed to the discharging roll path by pusher and fed into roughing rolling mill (6 stands rolling mills) by rollers.

The No. 1 flying shear cuts the rolling piece head, and it is fed into the medium rolling mill (6 stands rolling mills) to be rolled continuously; after the middle rolling, the No. 2 flying shear cuts the tail. After the middle rolling, the material needed for finishing rolling is produced. Finishing rolling (6 stands) produce qualified products for water cooling. The rolled piece is double cut through the No. 3 flying shear. Then the rolled piece is conveyed to the cooling bed for cooling.

The cooled steel is ready to be moved to the cooling bed output roller by the cooling bed moving steel trolley. The cut steel bars are sent to the cold shears for fixed-length shearing. The sheared steel bars are sorted into the rear pass-length, then bundled, packaged, welded tags, etc., and finally stacked and stored.
