The vibration fault of the rolling mill equipment rotor and its causes show that the rotor is always in running state in rolling mill machinery construction, and the vibration fault is very common. There are three main reasons for vibration fault.
First of all, the rotor speed should be kept at a high state to meet the production and operation requirements of all rolling mill equipment. On this basis, the rotor occasionally runs with load, and it is difficult to keep normal under high-speed load. Secondly, the installation quality of the rotor will also become the influencing factor of the fault. The installation position of the rotor must be correct, and the distance and relationship between the rotor and the shaft must be corresponding well, so that the rotor can run around the shaft, and the two will not be worn due to poor operation. Therefore, the operator’s misoperation of rotor installation will lead to rotor vibration fault.
Thirdly, as an important part of steel rolling mill equipment, the rotor must meet the requirements of mechanical production in terms of its own manufacturing quality and function. Under the rated pressure, the rotor can still maintain its original state and operate normally, but in practice, the rotor itself will have quality defects, which makes the rotor easy to deform and wear too tightly, and also affects the buildings in the rolling process.
The vibration fault of the rolling mill equipment motor and its causes show that the motor is widely used in rolling mill equipment, and the vibration fault is short and frequent in the rolling mill. Usually, the main causes of this kind of fault are rotor installation fault, voltage imbalance and instability between rotor and stator, and finally shafting looseness and abnormal vibration fault in the process of high-speed torsion conflict.
The gear vibration fault of steel rolling equipment and its causes show that gear transmission is the most commonly used transmission mechanism of steel rolling mill machinery. The most common faults of gear transmission are tooth wear and root fracture. The causes of these faults are high-speed torsion of the gear, the amplitude of bumping exceeds the load, resulting in rapid wear of the gear, abnormal vibration of the gear, and even fracture of the tooth root when the gear is tightened.
Rolling mill equipment rolling shaft vibration fault and its causes: the rolling bearing fault is caused by the running frequency and scale value difference is too far, either too high or too low. Under such operating frequency, it is easy for the bearing to conflict with the surrounding environment in the rolling process. The load and operating speed of the bearing will lead to the increase of wear degree, and it will become more and more nervous when it becomes a vibration fault.
