Leak Proof Measures for High Speed Hot Rolling Mill

Now, many high-speed hot rolling mills are equipped with numerical control devices, which can effectively regulate the static and dynamic indexes, improving stability, sensitivity, and accuracy. However, it was found that there was no further improvement in oil leakage prevention, resulting in slight oil leakage in almost all hot rolling mills.

In order to solve this technical problem of high-speed hot rolling mill, an improved oil leakage proof high-speed hot rolling mill is provided, which can effectively prevent oil leakage. The improved high-speed hot rolling mill consists of rack, hot rolling device, and numerical control device, among which the hot rolling device includes hot rolling roll and cooling roll. 

The hot rolling roll of the high-speed hot rolling mill has the oil inlet end and the transmission end. Both the oil inlet end and the transmission end have bearings. The bearing box is arranged outside the bearing. The inner and outer sides of the oil inlet end and the transmission end have bearing caps. The elastic ring is arranged between the outer bearing cap and the bearing. The oil retaining ring is arranged between the inner bearing cap and the bearing. The outer sealing cap and the inner bearing cap are respectively arranged outside the outer sealing cap and the inner sealing cap Inner sealing cover.

At the same time, the two ends of the hot roll of the hot rolling mill are provided with copper pads, and a sealing cover is arranged outside the copper pad. The copper pad and the sealing cover are fixedly connected on the hot rolling roll through the internal hexagon screws. Such a unique structure design makes the  hot rolling mill not only adjust its static and dynamic indexes accurately, but also have strict oil leakage prevention performance, so as to meet the requirements of clean production without pollution.
