Therefore, a special grinding head and rolling head are designed for the larger eccentric sleeve on the vertical lathe. After turning, the inner and outer circles are precisely ground or the rolling is processed after finishing turning. The smaller eccentric sleeve is processed by the method of the upper eccentric mandrel.
There are also casting cases of various oil containers in high-speed wire rod mill. Because the internal surface quality directly affects the cleanliness of the oil, the post-treatment and painting, so the use of surface resin sand molding and thermochemical cleaning for the casting inner core can get a better surface of the inner cavity casting, and the key is that the cost is not increased much.
Assembly is an important part to ensure the quality of high-speed wire rod mills. After the parts are processed, only after careful assembly can they achieve excellent performance. Similar equipment abroad uses a keyless connection method, which brings greater work intensity and risk to the assembly.
Therefore, we still use the combination of cold and hot mounting to align the gear wheel teeth and the key slot of the shearing machine, and use the rotary arm assembly to position the scribe line and measure the key slot after machining to ensure accuracy; in the assembly of gear box, the eccentric sleeve is used to adjust the contact area and contact area of the gear teeth so that it can meet the design requirements.
