1.Tail spinning machine

The tail spinning is the phenomenon that the tail of the wire cannot be smoothly ejected from the spinning pipe and collides with the surface of the spinning disc at high speed. The reason is that the throw angle of the spinning pipe mouth is small, and the forward partial speed of the wire is not enough to make the tail leaves the spinning surface. The solution is to properly adjust the throw angle of the pipe, but for the tail pinch process, it must be ensured that the pinch roller is reliable.

2. Spit circle

The large and small circle refers to the different diameters of the coils from the spinning machine. The reason is generally related to the speed matching between the spinning machine and the finishing mill. When producing small gauge wire, the large tail phenomenon tends to occur. This is because the tail gradually increases in speed when leaving the finishing mill, and the speed of the spinning machine changes little, so the diameter of the tail circle becomes larger.

Wires, especially ribbed steel bars, are round. Most manufacturers use a tail-free pinch process to ensure the surface quality of the wires. This will cause the speed of the tail of the wires to enter the spinning machine, which will reduce the coil diameter. Therefore, it is recommended to pinch the tail of large-size wire, and adjust the clamping air pressure of the pinch roller to be smaller, so as not to damage the surface.

3. Tile uneven

To make the coils evenly spread on the air-cooled roller table, in addition to the constant speed of the roller table, another important factor is the pipe. When a spinning pipe produces multiple specifications of wire, the quality of the loops it ejects is often unstable, and it is prone to uneven tile or large and small loops. This is because different specifications of wire rods have different spinning speeds, so groove grooves with different trajectories are generated in the spinning pipe, and the trajectory deviation is likely to occur when the wire rods pass through such pipes.

Therefore, the best solution is to switch to different spinning tubes when rolling different specifications. When rolling small specifications, one tube can be used for one variety, and one larger size (such as Φ10mm or more) can be used for one wire. Spinning tube.

4. The coil is oval

When producing small-sized wires and the temperature of the wire is too high, the ring-shaped ellipse is prone to occur because the wires are soft. In addition, when the height of the air-cooled roller table is too low and the drop distance of the coil discharged from the spinning machine is too large, an oval shape is also easy to appear. When the forward throw angle of the spinning nozzle is too large, the forward partial speed of the wire is large, which causes the coil to fall into the roller table obliquely.

For a spinning machine without a head positioning function, the coil is easily caught in the gap of the roller table. And a production accident occurred. Therefore, to solve these problems, we must analyze and solve the three aspects of the throwing angle of the spinning tube, the height of the roller table, and the spinning temperature.
